I've used Baltimore Carpet Repair on three separate occasions now. Each time they have been responsive, affordably priced and done great work. They have helped me with the obvious (carpet cleaning before I moved from my old house), but they also do things beyond that despite what their name may indicate. Most recently, they helped to repair drywall in my ceiling of my bedroom here after an unfortunate leak and they also did the grasscloth wallpaper accent wall behind my bed. Service men were on time, courteous and cleaned up after themselves too which was great. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends as well.

I've been using these guys for my rental property for the last 4 years, and they always exceed my expectations. They help me with turning over the apartment every time a new renter is coming in. And they always fit me into their schedule when I have a maintenance issue pop up. They are quick, thorough, kind and always helpful. I cannot thank them enough!

I had my floors redone by Baltimore Carpet about 5 months ago and I can say that I am still as satisfied today with the work as when it was first done. I foster tons of young kittens who often make disgusting messes, and Jon helped me pick out the best flooring for my needs. I originally got a quote from Home Depot and the experience was so much different. BCR actually comes to your home (with samples) for a consultation and measurement, they ask about your needs and wants and help figure out what flooring is best for YOUR needs. There was no pressure, no questionable up-charges, or surprises. Home Depot's estimate was more than double the price and you sit at a desk at the store. AND I would have had to haul away my own carpet, which is just absurd for how much you're paying them. It's just as easy to clean as was explained and it's very durable. I couldn't be more happy with the whole experience and I get a ton on compliments on the floor. This is an honest company and I will hire them again for my next flooring expedition.
